Dogs 7 years and older (or owners 60 years and older) may compete in the Veteran’s Division which gives them a 4-inch break in all classes, and they will receive the time allotted to the shorter height as well in all classes.

  • Refunds will be offered if the dog or handler is injured/ill and can’t continue class, if the dog goes into heat during class, or if the dog is asked to leave class due to aggression. If you are planning to come back the following session the fee could be applied to the next session in lieu of a refund.

  • Not at all! While our classes are designed to get you and your dog competition ready, that doesn’t mean that you must compete. Some of our members compete in both NADAC and AKC trials, some only compete in our annual trial, and some just attend our training classes for fun and to strengthen the bond with their dogs.

  • You will need to register your dog with NADAC to receive a registration number. You can register on line and receive a number immediately. You will have 30 days to send payment ($25) to NADAC.

  • NADAC (North American Dog Agility Council) requires your dog to be at least 18 months old to compete. AKC (American Kennel Club) is slightly less restrictive as they require your dog to be at least 15 month of age to compete.
